Sweet T`s Smokehouse in Adel

We stopped off to have lunch after finding a barbecue place o our phone that was not a chain orfast food.We were disappointed with the bar b que sandwich the meat was mushy. The fries were ok not great. The service was quick and the place was clean but the servers were sweeping the floor right around tables while people ( including us) were eating their lunch. Not good.

The food was excellent. I had the pulled pork meal with Texas Toast, baked beans, and potato salad. All excellent.I'm a big fan of vinegar based sauce and their sauce was on point.

Several times a year I make the drive from Atlanta to Tampa and I’m so glad I finally found this gem, just a few minutes off the highway, where I got some really incredible BBQ for a great price.

Friendly personable staff, not fast food, individual meals delivered to individuals as cooked so some people are done eating before others have even been served.

Good food & service, with great prices. What more do you need?

Great place to eat. Locals fill the place because of the amazing food, bottomless Sweet T, friendly service. Every bit worth finding off the freeway. Have been 3 times during busy lunch, still haven't waited on getting a table for 7 for a business lunch.

Good barbecue in South Georgia comes with a strong tribal fierceness. Smoking pig fans need to branch out and try this wonderfully enacted joint. Absolutely amazing. Absolutely!

Clean atmosphere and great food. The staff was very friendly. I had the pulled pork lunch plate. For $8.50 it closed plenty of food, and my drink. We also made sure to get a slice of cake. It was all delicious.

We we're traveling from Florida to Missouri and we were so happy to find this restaurant and even happier they were open (they close at 2 ) my perfect image of a Georgia BBQ place. STOP Here and you won't be disappointed!

Great food and great service, some of the best barbecue in South GA

So glad we searched a local restaurant off 75 on our way to Jax. The food was fresh, delicious and perfectly prepared. I had the grouper sandwich, (real fish, not breaded, frozen), hubby had the BBQ pork sandwich. Excellent, and so reasonably priced. Hasty la Vista Mickey D's, Burger King, will stop here instead anytime we are in the area. Only a little over a mile off interstate. Lunch is 11- 2.

Fantastic "hole in the wall"! I've driven past this place more times than I care to mention before I realized it was a BBQ joint.Flavor of their BBQ is on point. Only complaint I have is that the turnip greens looked & tasted like they were from a can. Other than that I've never had a bad meal here!

Great ribs. Very good deserts. Had the strawberry cake and it was delicious.

What a great find. The ribs and Brunswick stew are must haves at this place. Perfectly smoked and fall of the bone amazing. The chicken is a little bland but still good as is the pulled pork. They have three different BBQ sauces to choose from. A ketchup base (my favorite), a mustard base and a smoky molasses based one. Also come tried their fries and other fried goodies.

The bbq was delicious and well priced. The pork was tender and the ribs fell off the bone. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely return when back in the area ❤

We were traveling back to Florida and looking for a decent restaurant that wasn’t the typical chain that you see right off the exits. I found Sweet T’s online with great reviews. It was fabulous. The prices are great and the food is genuine. If you want southern hospitality and great food, this is the place to go.
